How to request a refund

Email football501pro@gmail.com from the address used at checkout. Include the purchase date and, if available, the final four characters of your activation code. You can also request transaction support through Link.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and arrange the refund through the original payment method. We aim to process valid requests promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving them. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the credit. Refunded Football 501 Pro access and its activation code may be deactivated.

After 14 days

We may still provide a refund at our discretion. Your statutory rights also continue to apply. If paid digital content is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, contact us so we can investigate and put it right. Where that is not possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Simple cancellation wording

You do not have to use a form. An email saying “I wish to cancel my Football 501 Pro purchase,” together with your name, checkout email address and purchase date, is enough.
